The ACT Motorcycle Club has been at the heart of motocross and dirt track racing in Canberra for over 50 years, operating from the iconic Fairbairn Park facility at 705 Pialligo Avenue. This club is run by volunteers with a love for motorcycle sport, and it offers multiple tracks for riders of all skill levels — from the main MX course to junior ‘nippers’ tracks and an intermediate circuit for developing riders. The Club’s mission is to provide safe, controlled access to riding and racing while fostering community and growth in the sport.

🎯 What the ACTMCC MX Championships Are All About

The ACTMCC MX Championship is the Club’s annual motocross series where riders compete across multiple rounds throughout the year. Each round features multiple motos per class, and points are allocated across the series to crown overall champions in each category. Riders aged from juniors through to senior levels participate in an exciting mix of competitive racing, with classes tailored for all abilities.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or a keen spectator, the atmosphere at these events is electric — with gates open early, fans lining the fences, and racing action that keeps you on the edge of your seat all day.

Over the 2026 season we’ll be bringing you post-race updates, photos, results, and highlights from each round, so make sure you stay tuned here for all the action as it happens!

Round 1 Recap, Results and Photos

Round 1 of the 2026 TeamMoto Canberra ACTMCC MX Championships kicked off on 1 February with an incredible turnout of more than 180 riders hitting the gate, setting the tone for an exciting season ahead. With great racing across all classes, a buzzing atmosphere, and the strong community spirit the ACT Motorcycle Club is known for, it was the perfect way to open the championship.
