Staci started in an administration role with TeamMoto fresh out of high school and has since been with the company for 10 years. The management team soon identified her potential and she moved into a role selling motorcycle parts and accessories.
While in this role she completed a Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Parts Interpreting and really honed her customer service skills! She has progressed her career and is now part of the service warranty department, working closely with manufacturers.
Staci says the best thing about working at TeamMoto is "getting to work around bikes all day, the great atmosphere and the fun team culture!".
Brad moved to Brisbane in 2011 for a working holiday and started selling motorcycles expecting to be in the industry for just 6 months.
"I worked my way through the ranks, did a sales manager traineeship, worked as a Sales Manager and was quickly promoted to a Dealer Principal within a year and a half of initially starting with the company. Now I'm employed at the group level, as General Manager - NSW, VIC and ACT."
Brad says the best thing about working in the motorcycle industry is "working with fellow motorcyclists that share the same passion - and the fact it's a REAL career!"
Keil started in a casual bike assembly role and was asked to help the parts and accessories team one day with answering calls. Later that day, he was employed as a full-time parts interpreter!
20 years later, Keil has held multiple roles across the business including; Accessories Salesperson, Parts & Accessories Manager, Service Manager and Group Parts & Accessories Manager.
Keil says that his career has awarded him a lot of opportunities including work trips to Japan, Singapore, USA and South Africa that have involved a lot of motorcycles, riding and a whole lot of fun! Most recently Keil's 'business trip' to South Africa included participating in an Adventure Rally! "Motorcycles have been in my blood from a young age and TeamMoto has really allowed me to turn a passion into a career!"
Celebrating 20 years with the company in 2023, Rusty started as a yard hand when he was just 14. After completing his Motorcycle Mechanic Apprenticeship, worked as a Motorcycle Salesperson, Parts & Accessories Salesperson and Service Manager before moving into the Group Service Manager role where he oversaw the workshop operations across Australia!
"I'm passionate about what we do here as I feel part of a team that's helping to shape our industry for the future. We are constantly striving to improve not only our business but the industry itself and to have come through from an apprentice to now being at the forefront of this, has made it the ultimate career.
