Despite the increase in power, a revised air cleaner and exhaust system reduces overall noise for FIM/AMA compliance, with a tuned exhaust note that's pleasing to the ear.

A new hydraulic clutch adopted from the YZ450F performs consistently for stable, dependable performance. An increased springload reduces the strength needed to pull in the lever, providing smooth feathering and engagement characteristics on par with a cable-clutch.

The 2027 YZ250F adopts the YZ450F's compact aluminium bilateral beam frame, providing the right amount of strength and flex for the perfect balance of stability and cornering performance. Adjustable suspension settings
New front and rear KYB suspension, including a new rear shock with a new base valve, piston and tool-less low speed compression adjuster, offers increased damping force, shock absorption and comfort that enhances overall traction.
