ENGINE
The liquid-cooled 998 cc In-Line Four Balanced Supercharged Engine generates a maximum power unprecedented in the history of Z Supernaked models. The engine delivers strong low- to mid-range focused torque that offers smooth, responsive acceleration, resulting in robust yet remarkably manageable power.

TRANSMISSION
The Kawasaki Racing Team-inspired dog-ring transmission provides high performance shifting that offers light operation and crisp, rapid shifts for quick acceleration.

CLUTCH
The assist cam reduces the clutch spring load for lighter clutch lever operation, which helps reduce rider fatigue in city riding situations like stop & go traffic or traffic jams. The slipper cam relieves pressure from back-torque to help prevent the rear tyre from hopping and skidding when downshifting.

SOUND TUNING
The intake duct features a fine-tuned shape that highlights the operating sound of the supercharger for a unique and emotional engine sound unlike anything you've heard before.

SUPERNAKED HANDLING
Complementing the supercharged engine's manageable low-mid range power delivery, the chassis design was carefully considered to ensure excellent turning characteristics at low and medium speeds. Caster angle, fork offset and wheelbase were all carefully selected to ensure the ideal dimensions to deliver the light handling for which Kawasaki's Z Supernaked models are renowned.

FRAME
The trellis frame is engineered for a special combination of high-speed stability and light handling so you can experience the ride with exceptional handling performance and confident control.

SUSPENSION
Enhanced handling care of the adjustable Showa SFF-BP front fork is complemented by the New Uni Trak rear suspension featuring a Showa shock absorber with adjustable rebound damping and spring preload for personalised performance.

BRAKES
Radially-mounted Brembo M4.32 monobloc calipers grip large ø320 mm discs to produce powerful braking.

ERGONOMICS
An upright handlebar and seat with an optimised base plate and cushion thickness create a relaxed riding position that offers ample freedom of movement. The wide, Fat-type (large-diameter) handlebar facilitates rider input, while compact control switches contribute to a sophisticated fit and finish.

Z SUGOMI STYLING
Minimal bodywork, maximum attitude. That's the mantra of the Z H2 Supernaked design. A raw and distinctive profile is indicative of aggressive performance and unapologetic boldness.

ASYMMETRIC DESIGN
While the asymmetrical design of the Ram Air intake duct running along the left side of the chassis was dictated by the requirements of the supercharged engine, it is the perfect complement to the Z H2's fierce sugomi design, and a constant reminder that the Z H2 features boosted performance and isn't afraid to show it.

RIVER MARK
The significance of the Kawasaki River Mark emblem displayed on the headlamp cowl should not be forgotten. Its use, an honour permitted only for very special models, confirms the Z H2 as a flagship model.

LED LIGHTS
Headlight and taillight are equipped with LED bulbs for vivid illumination. Modern LED lighting delivers excellent visibility and adds a high-tech accent to the aggressive styling.

TFT INSTRUMENTATION
All-digital TFT (thin-film transistor) colour instrumentation gives the cockpit a high-tech, high-grade appearance and visibility. The screen's background colour is selectable (black or white), and screen brightness adjusts automatically to suit available light.

ADVANCED ELECTRONICS
Kawasaki's top-level electronic rider support systems, enhanced with feedback from a compact Bosch IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), allow riders to harness the Z H2's supercharged power and take the streets with confidence and swagger.

KQS (KAWASAKI QUICK SHIFTER)
From the entry, through the apex, to the corner exit, KCMF modulates brake force (KIBS) and engine power (KTRC) to facilitate smooth transitions from acceleration to braking, to assist you in holding your intended line through the corner.

KTRC (KAWASAKI TRACTION CONTROL)
Three modes cover a wide range of riding conditions, offering either enhanced sport riding performance or the peace of mind under certain conditions to negotiate slippery surfaces with confidence.

KLCM (KAWASAKI LAUNCH CONTROL MODE)
Designed to assist the rider by optimising acceleration from a stop, KLCM electronically manages engine output to minimise wheelspin and wheel lift when launching. KLCM should only be used under closed-course conditions; do not use KLCM during everyday riding.

KIBS (KAWASAKI INTELLIGENT ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM)
KIBS, Kawasaki's original brake management system, uses high-precision control to regulate hydraulic brake pressure. During sport riding, it provides linear braking characteristics, enabling effective and stable braking with minimal intervention. When the brakes are applied while turning, KIBS' highly advanced hydraulic control is used to modulate brake force to assist riders trace their intended line through the corner.

FLAGSHIP FEATURES
A number of features offer enhanced comfort and convenience, adding to the riding experience of Kawasaki's Z flagship model.

INTEGRATED RIDING MODES
Integrated Riding Modes allow you to adjust traction control and power delivery at the touch of a button, delivering confident riding in a variety of situations. Sport mode enables sporty riding for winding roads. Road mode offers comfortable riding over a wide range of conditions. Rain mode delivers reassurance over wet surfaces. Rider (manual) mode lets you set each system independently.

ELECTRONIC CRUISE CONTROL
For added convenience, Electronic Cruise Control allows a desired speed to be maintained with the press of a button, contributing to comfort for longer, relaxed rides.

KQS (KAWASAKI QUICK SHIFTER)
Dual-direction Kawasaki Quick Shifter allows both clutchless upshifts and downshifts for seamless acceleration and smooth deceleration.

SMARTPHONE CONNECTIVITY
Bluetooth Smartphone Connectivity (using RIDEOLOGY THE APP*) connects riders to their motorcycles wirelessly like never before, allowing you to view vehicle info, riding log, phone notifications, and general settings.
