The 'Sport' moniker has real meaning, straddling both form and function. Highlights include Brembo brakes, petal discs, sticky 17-inch Maxxis rubber, a solo seat, clip-on handlebars and bar-end mirrors to create an inimitable 'go-fast' package.

The 700CL-X Sport doesn't have to deal with a performance straight jacket like CFMOTO's learner-approved machines: it's the full shebang with 73hp (55kW) and 68Nm of linear grunt.

With an increase in performance the excitement can build, but the 700CL-X Sport helps to smooth the edges with a slipper clutch - designed to ward off any over engine revs and rear wheel hopping on aggressive down changes.
