Motorcycle Riding School Refund Policy

If for any reason a student is unable to finish a course that has been paid for, refunds can be discussed on a case by case basis. A student may transfer from one course date to a later date only after notification has been received by TeamMoto Motorcycle Riding School no later than 24 hours prior to the original course being conducted, with no penalty being incurred by the student. If less than 24hrs notice is given and / or after a confirmation of attendance has been made, a minimum $75 fee can apply. Any student found by the owners, management, employees or contractors of TeamMoto Motorcycle Riding School to be acting in a way which may endanger the safety of themselves, other students, members of the public or property, may be expelled from the course with no refund.

Motorcycle Riding School Access and Equity Policy

Any rider who may require special attention due to specific needs such as language, hearing difficulties or medical conditions must inform TeamMoto Motorcycle Riding School upon applying for the Q-RIDE Rider Training Program delivered by TeamMoto Motorcycle Riding School. All such requirements will be handled on a case by case basis. It will be addressed within (2) weeks by mail or phone call by the Manager. If for any reason this situation is not resolved, Teammoto Motorcycle Riding School shall organise a mutually agreed third party to mediate a solution.

Damage Liability

The learner is fully responsible for any damage caused to TeamMoto Motorcycle Riding School motorcycles, protective equipment or property. Any damage caused by the learner needs to be paid for in full within 30 days of the damage being caused. Damage caused to MRS motorcycles, protective equipment or property will be calculated on a case by case basis. If a student has elected to pay the $44 damage liability reduction fee a maximum of $500 will be payable.
