Motorcycle Sales Person

Business Manager


At TeamMoto, we realise that financing your new motorcycle can be a hassle. Talk to a lot of lending companies and they go shy when they hear the word motorcycle. So we've worked toward giving our customers a better finance deal. Every TeamMoto dealership has a trained, professional Business Manager (some even have two) to help you get the bike you want - sooner and with a lot less hassle. We are looking for candidates who have experience in retail finance and insurance and a great attitude and work ethic. Experience in the automotive industry is not essential, but would be an advantage. The role of Finance and Insurance Manager involves meeting every potential customer, maximising income from the sale of finance, insurance and warranty products, being part of the sales team and developing and training sales staff in the method required for correct referral of customers. Spare Parts and Accessories Sales Person


Our Spare Parts and Accessories departments stock over $9 million worth of stock, and we are always on the lookout for experienced sales people to give our customers a hand trying on their new helmet, or choosing the right part for their motorcycle. This role involves stock control and auditing, efficient in-stocking of spare parts and accessories, attending to retail and trade business and also servicing our extensive TeamMoto workshop network. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills enabling you to build and maintain relationships with our valued retail and trade customers and suppliers, be meticulous in stock control and also be ambitious and motivated. Motorcycle Technician


TeamMoto Service Departments in each of our 11 dealerships offer our customers full service requirements for their new and used motorcycles. We are looking for fully qualified motorcycle mechanics who have experience working on all aspects of motorcycles, a great attitude, pride in their workmanship and want to work as part of a team. TeamMoto offers our qualified motorcycle technicians above award pay structures and well equipped workshops with a 5 day working week. There is also the opportunity to attend Manufacturer sponsored training to further advance and update your skills and knowledge as a technician.

Motorcycle Mechanic Apprenticeship


Keen interest in motorcycles? Looking to start your career ? An apprenticeship might be the place for you to start. TeamMoto offers motorcycle apprenticeships at each of our 11 dealerships, with entry levels available at the school based level, or year 1,2,3 or 4 of your apprenticeship. Working with Wide Bay Institute of TAFE, TeamMoto employs a dedicated apprentice trainer, who works with our apprentices in a small group training environment. We are looking for apprentices who are well presented, have a genuine passion for motorcycles and want to start a career as a motorcycle mechanic. Motorcycle Riding School Q-Ride Instructor


Q-Ride is a competency based training and assessment scheme designed to ensure participants continue their training until they demonstrate they are competent against the competency standards. The Q Ride training system conducted by TeamMoto Motorcycle Riding School is customised to meet the requirements of all levels of ability, from the absolute beginner right through to the experienced rider. Experience and knowledge are key factors in being a good rider. That’s why we are always on the lookout for fully qualified & experienced Q-Ride instructors with a minimum of 3 years open class motorcycle riding experience. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, exceptional work ethic and be fully up to date with the current Q-Ride rules and regulations.
